  4. Morning Workout: Get in a morning workout. Working out is a great way to relieve your stress, anger, or anxiety. Working out will put you in a good mood and that will help you go about your day better. Getting in a workout is also good for your health so this is definitely a good way to start off your day.
  5. Act Of Kindness: With so much going on in the world, we definitely are in need of peace. An act of kindness is a great way to bring in some peace to this world. Not only that, but it is a great way to start your day. It will make you feel good and you will be in a positive mood. The act of kindness doesn’t even have to be anything huge. It can be something small and it will not go unnoticed. You can open the door for someone, give a compliment, or buy someone’s coffee.
