40 Minute Workout

Picking out a workout to do is not always easy. When people are ready to start their session, there are moments where they just stand there and cannot decide on a workout. If you decide to work out and do not have a workout in mind, I have one that you can try!

This is a 40 minute workout and it is not complicated at all. It is simple and I know you will enjoy it. You’ll definitely come out of it feeling great!

Here it is:

  1. Walk: Start off the session by walking for a total of 29 minutes. You can use your treadmill, but if you do not have one, then walk around your neighborhood or at a park. Once you have walked for a total of 29 minutes, take a one minute break.
  2. Lift Weights / Jumping Jacks / Squats / Sit-Ups: Once your break is over, move on to these exercises. For each exercise, you want to do 5 sets of 12 reps. You can take a ten second break when needed. I recommend that you do all of this in the following way:

Lift Weights-12

Jumping Jacks-12

Squats-12

Sit-Ups-12

Take a ten second break and repeat until you’ve hit your 5 sets of 12 reps for each.

If you do it this way, by the time you finish, you will have done your 5 sets of 12 reps for each exercise with a total of 5 breaks that each consist of 10 seconds. This should all be done in 10 minutes.

At the end of it all, this will have been a 40 minute workout. Remember to stretch before you start, after walking, and once you finish the entire workout. Make sure you drink a lot of water!
